The Salesforce Business Analyst/Developer will have the capability to communicate effectively with cross discipline teams including both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver the best possible solutions. working with global cross functional teams supporting 1500+ users across 20 selling units around the world. Applicants will be able to design, and engineer Salesforce solutions based on business requirements using code that meets coding standard and is fully tested.

This role works with Business Lead to capture and understand the requirements and translate the requirements into a technical solution, ensuring the solution meets the business requirements. The post holder will also liaise with the Technical lead, Integration lead, Test Manager and Validation Manager to ensure all functionality is successfully implemented.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for technology and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, usually working on multiple projects at the same time.

Essential Technical Skills

• Expertise in Lightening Interface, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightening Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, supporting a community of over 1500 users

• Extensive functional and technical SFDC expertise in
  • customizations,
  • configurations,
  • development

• Deployment of multiple complex solutions using Apex Classes & triggers, Visual Force, Force.com API

• Experience in designing of custom objects including junction objects, custom fields, picklist, role-based page layouts, Workflow Rules and Actions, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Tabs, Custom reports, Report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Snapshots, Dashboards, and Email templates

• Fluency in Process Builder and Lightening Flows

• Salesforce ecosystem and integration components: SOAP, REST, Tooling APIs, Apex controllers, Web Services End Points, ETL, MetaData, SAP Integrations, or other ERP Systems.

• Experience in deployment from Sandbox to Production using Force.com Migration Tools like Force.com IDE, Change Sets, ANT, Jenkins, Bamboo

• Experience with Mobile Services and Browser/Desktop UI design

• Experience with Lightening Web Components
